Ipod classic 160gb.. Really. What the fuck is the hype about? No radio, no drag and drop, no multiple file formats ?.. Itunes sucks a big fat one, lag, synching confusing, manaual transfers even more so. If it weren't for the 160gb memory, I'd consider giving it as a gift. I am so going back to creative once this thing blows up in my face. But creative has its problems too. Oh.. and does anyone else have anything that they regret buying ?
As soon as I get home from malaysia, I'm using Media monkey Oh and is it worth getting a Bose (sp?), portable docking station with speakers ?
I have a Mac. I don't know how it works on PC, on Mac everything is automated. Its syncs, backs up and plays the violin
I have a zune. I was unhappy with it when I first bought it but now I love it! See about trading in your Ipod. I can watch movies on the zune, play music, listen to the radio, listen to podcasts, put pics from my digital camera on it, and share wirelessly with other zune users in my vicinity!!!
Not true. You have any idea how roughly I use my stuff? My 30 GB is more than two years old. My Mac is almost 4
Keep going with that, I've seen (had the poor owners begging me to help them fix it), countless ipods with busted harddrives that wouldn't spin, wouldn't recognize, wouldn't read/write properly. Due to their proprietary nature - very hard/expesive to fix and wouldn't you guess it, it makes more sense to just buy the new model. Bullshit.
Macs are fine(but overpriced), carrying around a harddrive on your person, while it is spinning, especially jogging(bouncing around, etc), is dumb. Treat it like a shy woman (or a small laptop).
