I'm not sure if I've put this in the right place. Apologies if that's the case. Anyway, I'm trying to remember the name of a game on the original Playstation. It had a bunch of black, gangbanger-type dudes riding around in a tank, listening to hip hop and blowing other tanks and buildings up. There was some kind of 'secret government unit' story thread to it all but I can't remember much more than that. Can anyone help? I played it around '96/'97, if that's of any use...?
It wasnt an rpg type, more of a 1st-person shooter, but the player is in a variety of tanks tasked with hunting down other tanks and completing missions.

It certainly looks like Paner Front but that wasn't it. Nor Mobile Armor. It was set in modern times and concentrated on the hiphop/street element a lot. I've got 5 friends racking their brains on this too and there is a 20 quid bet running as to who can figure it out first. If I win it, it goes to a local animal charity, so please help!!!
