Since this is Philosophy section of sciforums Alex certanly tries to address some philosophical problem. I assume that the nonsense is actually meaningful. Like in modern art, one must look deeper. Maybe Alex refers to the fact that people fail to understand each other. Our own member Buddha1 may be a good example for this.
As I understand Alex wants to see creators of this site, motives are questionable. The "Good luck!" wish in the end is clearly a sign that Alex only means well and is only a poor misunderstood person.

I think he wants to create his own site and, as he is rather impressed by the layout and/or content of this one, he'd like to know whom to approach to help him build one that is similar, as he has 'found it' here.

I suspect he might be Greek or Double Dutch and therefore I understood him coz I'm Greek and used to smoke a lot of skunk.
