I've debated upon where to put this question and, apparently, I've finally settled upon nerd culture. I digress (and so early into this post too). I just recently recieved an old cell phone radio transceiver and, not being knowledgable in such areas, I'd like to know what I can do with it? Any help would be appreciated.

Hm, a transceiver? You could contact people all over the world with it, if it's what i think it is. People into HAM RADIO use transceivers to receive and transmit messages using short wave all the time. I'm sure there are some people on sciforums who are into ham radio..
