View Full Version : I can finally get the Bohr radius from the electron spin

In my earlier posted work I had a pesky factor of 1/16.

It turned out I was not handling the transformation from the electron rest frame (which is rotating due to Thomas precession) to the laboratory frame properly. A careful working through this solved the problem and now the approach obtains the Bohr radius exactly. Also there was an interesting surprise or two.

Also I'm pleased about getting it up on the arXive.

It's there until some right-thinking moderator decides it pseudoscience and takes it down.

I wish I was joking. Better check it out sooner than later if interested.
