Everyday I workout my reaction time (for those of you that remember my other thread about it, I am getting better). I notice that in the mornings I have a very slow reaction time. I do not think it is because I am actually slow, but like my motor functions are slow in the morning. In order to respond to the test to get my reaction time I have to click the mouse button or push a button on the keyboard. When the stimulus comes up, I conciously think "click it" - well I don't say that in my head but I have a conscious cue that says I want to click it. Well my finger will sometimes move a little bit to click or push but not a lot... or none at all. In the afternoon though I am quick.
Is it really because my motor area is slow in the morning or is it something else?
Edit: another thing I notice is more errors. Like in the morning I can do calculus and things like I can any other time of the day, but I just seem to be slow at other things :/
