I SENT 300 FAXS.. AND ABOUT 100 EMAILS... and i will go.

i have no idea as to wether they will let me in and speak with me, since like cowards they have not responded, and so i must go and find out what will happen, if anything.

i go in regards to the following text, and others i already posted.

The following text, is a simple proposal to solve for all the world economic problems which can literally pay for our way to the stars.

Put simply, the solar system is ours. We already own it. In fact the wealth of the entire galaxy can be thought of as ours, and thus using long term, no interest loans based on this future potential gain in mountains of resources from space, allows us, now today, as a planet to use a new form of debt currency. A currency, whos value is not set by markets and other variable forces. But is instead based entirely........ on faith.

A faith that there is unlimited wealth in resources in space, and that its all ours.

In this way, we can pay for anything, and bring prosperity to all the earth, by way of what I call FAITH notes.

Please, you are wise. Read my proposals, and understand that yes, we may make any number of changes... but on the whole, the idea of an artificial nation, and an artificially valued currency is just what our world needs to literally pull up all the nations upward into prosperity, by using and trading a new currency of super great value. FAITH notes.

The world has many problems, this, i believe, if you give it some honest thought can, literally, solve the world problems of poverty and economic depression of all kinds.

Modern economics is based around interest and returns within this lifetime.
Future economics could be based on no-interest investment, with returns anytime in the future, paid only in, or mostly in commodities such as metals. Metals from space.
In this way, we can pay for that moon base, and mars base... and all those space stations, not to mention doing simple things like watering the deserts and feeding the world.

This isnt about me. All of this, is about getting the job done, and even if i wasnt allowed to make it happen... someone should.

These are the main points of the matter.
1) I, Mosheh Thezion, for the benefit of others, do here by declare myself King of a new nation, and for the purposes of reality, it shall be built on one of the worlds many sunken islands, and as a new land, claimed as a new nation, I will then solve the worlds many problems.

a) I will create a new currency, and with the agreement of the world will then begin
trading and spending it, by the trillions of relative US dollars.
b) I will use the currency specifically to create jobs, where none exist, literally, as a
mission, to find ways to employ the masses of the world in some worthwhile manner
in benefit to the world at large, and in doing so, bringing benefit to those who
have otherwise been in desperate poverty.
c) I will create a giant mega-corporation of love, and I will call it the KING (all capital
letters) then I as King, ruler of Ecclesia(new nation), will take all the wealth I aquire
from all the buisness ventures in any one nation and devote all of the profits towards
either paying off national debt, buying back FAITH note securites, and or otherwise
reinvesting back into that country. Ecclesia, will act as a super rich non-profit org.
And all the profit and gain from every penny spent, will be kept within each nation.
d) The value of faith... is made clear, when it is understood that the fundamental plan, is to build the world wide infrastructure to facilitate the mining of the asteriod belt, and the establishment of fully self sufficient industries into planetary, lunar and solar orbits, with a focus on mars, and the asteriod belt.
The asteriod belt, is literally a planet worth of material, which is convienently broken up into small peices for us.. it is also common to find meteorites which are made of solid iron with some other metals such as Nickle.... and it is speculated that there may indeed be bodies of all kinds, composed of one or similarly associated elements, suggesting that somewhere, there are probubly asteriods, the size of mountains, which are composed of either mostly or entirely out of what we call precious metals, such as gold, platinum, iridium, californium... literaly.. the asteriod belt, does contain the wealth of an entire planet, and its just waiting for us to go and collect. If we have faith, that it is there, then it is already ours... we already own the solar system, therefore, I see no reason why we cant spend some of it now, to solve our worlds many problems. FAITH notes are the way.
If we have the faith, we can pay for it all, and make it happen, and in the end, we could literally pay it all off with precious metals from places other than earth. Just have faith.

2) This matter is detailed in the 9 pages of text that follow. First a two page summary, followed by a seven page text with more detail.

3) This has been communicated to all nations of this world by myself, Mosheh Thezion, by FAX, Email, and online submission form, via their consulates, embassies, and UN related offices and I have been compelled to address this matter to the public at large.

4) To, YOU, your a smart person, read it, and tell me whats wrong with it? If there is nothing wrong, then it can work, assuming, yes, we may make any number of small modifications to the general plan. Yet fundamentaly, as far as I am able to assertain it is fully viable, and is dependant upon only one thing. That people have faith and accept the value of my proposed currency, called FAITH notes. The value of which is based entirely on faith. Entirely. A faith that by its use, great gains can be had, which will more than pay for any debt, and all without interest.

5) section 4 of the two page summary at the beginning of the 9 page text, addresses a literal Challenge to a debate on the matter, between myself and anyone each nation would choose to put forth to argue against my Kingdom, and the waging of LOVE apon the earth, as would be the mission of all Ecclesians. This is to happen Nov 30 2006, at the UN, Manhattan, New York, for everyones convienence. If the UN allows it.

This is what you should now do.
1) Actually study the documents. And email me with any questions you may have.
2) Contact your Gov't and your people and give your unbiased opinion on the matter.

This is how it will work.............

I produce these FAITH notes, And then I will simply go to your nation and deposit some number of FAITH notes into your treasury, as a security. Each one is numbered and cataloged and filed, to be tracked over time, for repurchase by the KING.
I GO TO YOU COUNTRY and deposit 50 million Euros worth of FAITH notes, and your government then deposits that amount of money, in your currency, in one of your banks, in your country. (the money does not leave your nation.)
In your country I establish a branch of the KING, which is an international non-profit organization run by the King of Ecclesia, (thats me) and each branch in each country will be made up of people ONLY from your own nation.

This branch of the KING, then under tight controls spends money in two ways.
1) It buys up numerious buisnesses which can be easily expanded and are profitable, allowing the owners to stay on and run and manage the facility, as employees, and under contract may strike any number of deals, such as selling it back for the same price, even though the buisness may be massively expanded.
Anything, which is reasonable is do-able, if the numbers check out.
2) It will create jobs as needed, where needed, with the principle source of labor, in energy and fuel, in community solar power systems. And energy as a market can pay for everything. (for developing nations.)

The branch of the KING, in your nation, will never be sending its wealth to me, but instead will be either re-investing into your nation, or used to buy back the FAITH notes you have been so wise to have faith in.

Also, if you are wise enough to have the faith to collect a large pile of FAITH notes, then, in 50 to 100 years, when the KINGS investement in the world wide infrastructure to fascilitate mining the asteriod belt, begins to return to earth what may literally be mountains of GOLD, the KING, will use all the gains of rare earth elements to BUY BACK all the FAITH notes.
In this way, those with the most long term faith, do, and will get paid off, and it will be in precious metals, such as GOLD, Platinum, Uranium, Californium, Berkelium, and all manner of good stuff.
Its all a matter of faith.
If the world all has faith in the value of FAITH notes, then we can solve all the worlds economic problems, and in the end pay it all off with GOLD or something like it..
Besides, if the KINGS buisnesses do well, they can themselves pay it all off, over time. With labor, and the paper money it generates.
Just not in gold.
Either way, it all gets paid off, and all we need is faith.

I WOULD'NT BE KING OF THE WORLD.

id be king of a small probubly rusting artificial lisland.

and i wouldnt have any power.. or army... or control.

all i have is faith, and so, unlimited wealth.

because my currency would be based on the unlimted wealth of the solar system and eventually the galaxy.

my currency can have any value, we CAN AGREE ON.

it is everyones interest to set this value high. it is in your interest.

my only power then is to invest into projects in other countries, all countries.

and all the while, i adhire to a vow of relative poverty, meaning i can never spend the vast riches on myself or family.
in this way, who ever replaces me, will have to do the same.

that one man, must take the life long vow, if he is to be trusted with unlimted wealth.

the only power the king of Ecclesia, would have , is wealth, based on faith.

Put simply, the solar system is ours. We already own it. In fact the wealth of the entire galaxy can be thought of as ours, and thus using long term, no interest loans based on this future potential gain in mountains of resources from space, allows us, now today, as a planet to use a new form of debt currency. A currency, whos value is not set by markets and other variable forces. But is instead based entirely........ on faith.

A faith that there is unlimited wealth in resources in space, and that its all ours.

My mom and my aunt used to work for the UN. My cousin works there. Get's like over $7000 per month. She goes to all the crazy places whenver something is going on. She was in Sri Lanka for the flood. Before than she went to Haiti for some reason, and her good friend got shot dead right in front of her. She been to a bunch of other places.

but... they did not respond... they mearly passed it on the another agency, and left me a link, to its site.

ok... in simple talk.

1) world has many problems... hunger... water.. food.. jobs... goals.

2) i propose a simple solution... a massive super rich non-profit organization, designed and dedicated to investing into each nation, and building up its internal social and industrial infrastructure, for the purposes of building a new world, employing the world, and establishing the foundation for the construction of what will be fleets of interplanetary craft of all kinds.

3) to pay for it... we will create a new artificial country.. with artificial currency of super great value... and then we spend it.
and all those countries.. that collect and hold onto these FAITH notes...
can eventually... maybe in 100 years.... CASH THEM ALL IN FOR GOLD AND OTHER METALS DERIVED FROM THE SPACE MINES.

mines the King, will create and develop to supply those metals.

metals to drops down to earth to pay debts..

and metals kept in space to build an even bigger space fleet, designed for inter-stellar travel... eventually.

i.e..

if the whole world has faith... that we can eventually pay it all off with commodities from the moon, mars, and mostly the asteriod belt...

then just as easily.. we can begin spending a percentage of it now.

we spend 25 %.... and its ok... because in 100 years... the potential gain completely out weights the initial costs.

i.e.. we could already have a moon base...

we have the know how... we have the man power.. we have the will.

all we need is the money.

i can supply the money.

1. i admire your audacity.
2. all great things start as an idea.

you do realize that rocketships, moonbases, and spaceports aren't built on faith they require cold hard cash, and plenty of it. the "mine the moon" idea isn't new, if investors thought there was a good chance at a big return they would have jumped all over it by now. but carry on soldier.

Your government gives Mosheh Thezion a no interest loan with a 50 year to 100 year grace period. Mosheh Thezion will use the loan to buy already existing business that are profitable or easily expandable. Mosheh Thezion has nothing to pledge as security except the idea that in 50 to 100 years we can mine asteriods or other planets for precious metals which will be used to repay the loan.

I've got a few questions:

3. Wouldn't a poorer nation benefit more by a richer nation giving it a grant or a no interest loan rather than giving you a no interest loan with a massive grace period?

This is how it will work.............

I produce these FAITH notes, And then I will simply go to your nation and deposit some number of FAITH notes into your treasury, as a security. Each one is numbered and cataloged and filed, to be tracked over time, for repurchase by the KING.
I GO TO YOU COUNTRY and deposit 50 million Euros worth of FAITH notes, and your government then deposits that amount of money, in your currency, in one of your banks, in your country....
... then, in 50 to 100 years, when the KINGS investement in the world wide infrastructure to fascilitate mining the asteriod belt, begins to return to earth what may literally be mountains of GOLD, the KING, will use all the gains of rare earth elements to BUY BACK all the FAITH notes.

What you are suggesting is clearly a PRETEND economy. let me clarify; I believe that what we have now, is a pretend economy as well. Much profits are realised from FUTURES investments, land and real estate and it's all pretend, but is based on material things that people understand, can touch, taste and feel; something that your scheme, though very worthwhile, clearly lacks.

I hope you do go to the UN and I hope they listen and give you some good feedback, but don't forget, the UN itself relies on handouts, it is not a rich entity. They may be sympathetic to your idea, but will the IMF?

the profits from those buisnesses, are not allowed to leave that nation.
all the profits are used in benefit to that nation.

Second, this strategy is unrealistic. Did you know that it costs money to clean up and make a company environmentally friendly? Why do you think people generally don't invest in environmentally friendly companies? Maybe it is because when you increase costs, your returns decrease. So basically, nobody would invest in a company that has higher costs then it "needs" to have. Such a company would simply not be very popular amongst investors. So if you would try this strategy, your company's shares would simply derease in value, and maybe even go bankrupt in the process (it would at least lose a lot of money)...

my company doesnt care about making big profits.
my company would only be concerned in this case, with the profit margin of the buisness... the cost of clean up, and the predicted time to pay off, when the KING, COULD WASH HIS HANDS OF THAT BUISNESS.

my company.. is non-profit... while still working buisnesses to be as profitable as possible.

but....

in some cases... profit loss... is acceptable if it instead allows for more employment.... more employed poor.
thus... instead of big payoff for ceo, and board members....

instead of big profits for share holders...

the profits will be used to employ more people, or again.. used to pay off national debt, or buying back FAITH notes.

you have to get away from the idea of shares.. or investors.

To the leaders of Humankind;

I send this to you, because I wish to help you all, but to do so, I will need the help of the international community, and to be perfectly honest, this letter and its effort is meant to apply pressure upon the governments of the world to act, and to act quickly, for with each day that passes, more and more people simply die, of starvation, sickness, and conditions.

The following discussion may seem odd, and impossible at first, but given some thought you will realise that it is all fully realisable, and all we need is faith, literally.

1) In our world today, there exists only one body which can help nations in their improvement efforts, namely the IMF and World Bank, but, these loan sharks, charge a significant interest rate, and in many cases, nations are hard pressed to pay even this interest payment, let alone pay off the actual debt. In this way the many poor nations of the world become enslaved literally to a debt they can as a people only struggle and work hard to pay, and in the end, all the masses suffer for it. Yet now, there is an alternative to the endless debt and a solution to the poverty and cycles of hunger, and it is called the office of the KING, the King of Ecclesia, which is literally an artificial island and so artificial country to be established in international waters. And as a sovereign nation it can serve a marvelous function, based on the power of its sovereignty, it can make money, and the value of that money, would be based solely on international agreements.

2) Under normal circumstances, this prospect of allowing an artificial island to produce artificial currency would be ridiculous, and completely unacceptable, however, I believe I have found a simple and adaquate solution to these problems.
a) The value of this new currency, is set very high, and its value is considered to be based entirely on faith, a faith in its set relative value. This value is set so high that the currency in itself cannot be used by people in their day to day lives, and is meant to function on a large scale, as by electronic transfers, in this way, bank accounts are filled and money can then be directed as needed. The proposed value for these FAITH notes, would be set around one FAITH note is worth one million US Dollars 2006. In doing so, we find that this currency can be used, without degrading the value of currencies within each nation, since FAITH notes cannot be traded as cash. The smallest denomination would be a FAITH note penny, worth about 10,000 US dollars. And the value of FAITH notes is only meant to decrease, as individual nations currency values increase over time.
b) Ordinarily, it would be impossible for any nation to accept these FAITH notes, but there is a means by which it can done, and it is by contractural agreements between each nation and Ecclesia allowing for various levels of specific contract deals to be struck.
THE REAL ISSUE, is how does each nation get rid of these FAITH notes?????????

The easiest and most apparent deal, is that the KING of Ecclesia, will loan all the money needed to effectively, and seriously pay off their debt entirely, over the next 5 to 10 years, and this is done, by sort of refinacing with the KING, for 'NO interest loans', payable over any period of time by the mechanism of taxes. And also payable by the following ways.

The next way the debt of any nation can be paid off, is by the large number of buisnesses the KING will purchase and create and expand in order to facilitate the growth which is needed in all the existing buisness sectors which exist in the many world wide communities, from diverting the Nile river inland to the heart of africa, to manifesting the hydroelectric power availible in banglidesh, or the solar potential of chad and sudan. All of these new buisnesses would the KING begin, and all the profits derived from such, will be directly and by contract used to purchase back the FAITH notes from each country, and so returns ALL the FAITH notes to the KING, using the profits which the KINGS established works have generated within each nation. In this way, the KING, although he may spend trillions of relative US dollars, has no intention of keeping the gains, and instead the massive gains are to be used directly as a mechanism to pay off the debt by buying back the FAITH notes with real money, money generated by real work. Work done in your nation, and manifested as gains in the GDP for your people.

Of course another immediate concern is that the KING could buy the world, and own it, but such is not the case, as he can only own what contracts between Ecclesia and each nation allows, and as would be in the best long term interest of each nation, not to mention the fact that by contract the KING, once having successfully paid himself back all the debted FAITH notes held within any one nation, will then by contract sell off all his owned and generated assets to bidders within and from that very same nation, in this way, the assets themselves become incorporated into your sovereign nation.

The third method by which the FAITH notes are returned is by way of a perfected charity of RELIGIOUS intention, designed to engage in buisness in a commune sense of efficiency, and uses its profits to help the masses as the churches and charities should be doing. Treating them as family, not as delicate victums of intangeble circumstances. Having accomplished the goals of fascilitating the housing and feeding of all of the meek, its profits will be divided into two efforts, one being the giving of gifts to the KING in the form of purchased FAITH notes and so debt removal in that country, AND inter church purposes, such as infrastructure management of the security blanket to hold up all the people from poverty, holding them from the gutter, and to do it requires many locations.

3) These FAITH notes are based entirely on faith. Faith that they can be removed, by hard work and profits derived from that work, work that paid the workers fairly well. Work that was initiated by the use of artificial FAITH notes, and paid off by the real value of the labor it allowed to be set up and functioning profitably. And since these efforts are owned by the King, it becomes acceptable if the profit margin is limited, and the lenght of time to pay off is long, if it is self sustaining and pays and provides well for its many employees. At some point when the KING sells off the buisnesses, those who might otherwise lose their jobs, may move on with the KINGS general work force, since it is the KINGS function to employ the un-employed, and prevent poverty, with work.

4) The point of this effort now, in contacting your goverenment, is that while it can be done, it could only be done with the acceptance and the actual help of the international community. If they help me, I can begin helping them. Helping them by 'eliminating poverty', and the IMF and World Bank debt in their nations. And so, I hereby challenege all the world leaders, to a debate on the matter, a debate to be held at the U.N. Nov-30-06

5) I make no claim of being worthy of anything, nobility is only nessasary to get the job done, and it matters not whether I be of noble blood, or the son of a blacksmith. What matters is that I as a man, am capable of holding the office without the corruption that might normally follow with unlimited wealth, hence the reason for the 'vow of poverty'.
I developed this novel solution, and I am compelled to share it. (7 pages you have.)
Please contact your governments and suggest that they comply with the King of Ecclesia.

For example, The IMF lends at lower rates than almost any other source the countries who borrow form it can use. Furthermore, IMF and World Bank loans come with "strings" that help improve the management of the borrowers econony, which often if very poor and trubled by corruption. In Brazil's case, IMF & WB personnel came every few months to oversee the use of the money etc. This was not popular and considered to be "interferrence" - Foreign intervention and control is usually resented and eaisly exploited politicially - All the left of center and some of the center political parties always had many big signs and banners at their ralies and parades that said "FORA IMF" (get out IMF)

Well the current president, lula, who is of the left (actually the main founder of the "worker's party", PT.) did pay off entirely the IMF loan a couple of months ago, just before the election. People here in Brazil with more understand that you have, understood this was bad for the economy and hurts the effort to eliminate corruption. The interest rate the the Brazilian government pays on other loans, still unpaid, is more than twice higher than the IMF loan he paid.

and what you've forgotten... is that in all the years of the imf, and world bank...... being in operation.... POVERTY STILL ABOUNDS.
