Hi there, the Kilimanjaro is a beautiful mountain (see link: http://www.kerdowney.com/graphics/Kilimanjaro.jpg ).

I am going to paint it in a bright pink color.

What do you think?

What do you think of painting nature?

I know, I will need enormous quantities of organic paint (paint which is made from plant extracts, no chemicals for this project) tospray the snowcap with, and a lot of expert advice from mountaineers, avalanche experts, etc... The logistics and labor will have to be organized very well, and of course, I do need the permission from the government of Tanzania. The need for a great marketing and media team is obvious. The fundraising is going well, but still in its initial phases.

(We're also negotiating with the government of Japan to paint Mt Fuji in a bloody red color, for one season).

I have heard there is a kind of dye used to track the flow of water through caves and glaciers. It is bright pink, and it only takes a small amount. Sounds like Christo, except with paint.

Why not just use Adobe Photoshop and color the mountain in there? That way you can do what you want without destroying the environment and sell the painting all over the world. It would be much easier and cheaper to do it with Photoshop wouldn't you think? Just a thought. :)

I think the digital age is passe. We're in the age of real life events now. Digitalism is so 20th century.
