I AM THE BROWSER

1. I'm the foreman. I am the guy who serves my lord, the`USER' & owner of this computer.

2. My job is to serve up any/all pertinent information to my lord, that (s)he:

A) wants;

B) needs, or

C) must have to:

1. help protect & defend his/her liberties and freedom, through the inalienable right of all, to express, recieve, or communicate otherwise, any of their ideas or the ideas of others;
2. help provide the greatest amount of useful information and enjoyment, that I can possibly provide;
3. help him/her to improve himself/herself, by accessing the World Wide Web network with the minimum constraints, the highest level of security & personal safety, and
4. be as efficient as logically possible (w/ the alloted memory at my computer residence).
