Can anybody give a good description of the path of human education from baby to adulthood?
The first thing we learn is that we are seperate beings ffrom our mother.
What are the next things that we learn as we grow?
colors, time/aging, gender relations, walking, language, counting, rules, proper behavior, etc.
Reading, writing, math, socializing, etc.
Life, sex, communications, budgeting, work/trades.

We learn how to observe those around us and listen and read what older people say because they can teach us what we need to learn.

cool skill
grab a second hand copy of a first year university psychology text book
look up Developmental stages/psychology
you will find a genral well documented list of stages
once you have done that then look to the basic differing ideas/concepts held by different psychologists on the importance and specific ramafications of the different stages
there is a B.B.C T.V Series called 7 Up
which would be a very good basic introduction for you also

on consideraton i should point out that the 7 Up t.v series deals form the age 7 years old and upward if i recall correctly
the years prior to 7 are considered more in the specialty area
as they have many differing ideas and data in genral is difficult to
validate
it should go hand in hand with the basic perception module as the childs perception is part of the dynamic involved in the developmental stage
and also the perception of the parent and type of parenting
thus a culminative effect that requires you to be able to view the situations from many angles to gain a better understanding
:)
