I am doing a project for my class on the Human Brain, own selected subject. I want to discuss the effects of developement.

Consider this... when we are growing, our frontal lobe develop, and until we get to a certain age, we cannot use logic to the full capacity as an older person.

Well, i have noticed that kids see themselves as always being right... no matter what the logic is, they have their own logic built in that says THEY are right, and its almost impossible for them to see it any different. Possibly because of the frontal lobe not being fully developed.

Now imagine an older adult. Have you ever noticed that they are completely oblivous to things, like they never had the capacity of logical thoughts? They do the most idiot things, yet say they are right... and you cant convince them differently.

No matter who is right, why do MOST people have this behavior?

An advance in education and technology could lead people to view more logical behavior, and since time goes on, views in the community change.

A once young girl who sees it completely wrong to uncover her legs in public, who grows into an adult and sees girls doing it every day must see things as ridiculous, just as the child sees the adult as being absolutely ridiculous.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
Just some thoughts, i didnt really organize what i was trying to get through, but the basic thought of it is there.

Is it simply society that plays a part in someone seeing things certain ways, or is it mostly the brain's development?

    Who is correct?

And why can people set limits on themselves such as the "leg covering" issue? Why would people even care?
