ever...on terrestrial radio. I will miss his show, I've been listening since I was a teenager and He was on in DC. Many, many awful mornings have been soothed by his humor. Anyone else a fan? What's your favorite moment?
and i thought he was outragous on free tv. this man will blow a gasket on cable. my favorite is you guessed it robin
Since I live in Australia - I obviously don't get his show here... But I've seen extracts on the net and seen him on Letterman... Pretty cool guy. - Shifty Russian
there is no defining howard, the man defies description the only man that can get a adult female to walk down a ny street in a bikini and tampons in her nose with a sign around her neck saying "i'm too stupid to find new york".
I'm sure you should be able to find his program (radio station) over the internet, or at least you could have before he went to satelite.
Talk to Bill Gates on that one. I hate Howard Stern. The whole "Oh look how shocking I can be" bullshit is only entertaining for a while. South Park is in the same boat as well.
Howard's ok for a few minutes. But he does get old. I think the funniest part of his show was the news. And that was mainly funny just because that is when they start getting silly. Interrupting Robin with silly impressions and whatnot. The new satellite show might be interesting though. No censorship. From what Howard says, all his favorite bits that he used to were banned. Those bits from Private Parts were pretty funny. "Blank Willow. The clue is Blank Willow." Or. "Blank a doodle doo." I thought it was funny after 911 when Howard and gang basically went all right wing and warmongering. And then the government who they were so gung ho for at the time, shut them down.
while doing a search on masturbation i came across this: Howard Stern? The talk-radio blowhard who deals in relentlessly off-color humor, celebrates bodily secretions with a four-year-old's glee, and surrounds himself with a misfit cast of self-professed drunks, stutterers, retards, and angry dwarves? This may horrify those already inclined to believe the country has fallen, culturally speaking, so far that it can't get up, but: Yes. Howard Stern, a pioneer. Emphatically, yes. He's been fined for joking about masturbating to a picture of Aunt Jemima; for having a guest who played piano with his genitals; for a graphic conversation with the guy responsible for the Paris Hilton sex tape. - from jackinworld
