I'd make people more sexually compatible. I'd increase endorphin levels. I'd make laws the same everywhere. I'd do away with unjustified fear, unfair prejudice & greed. Not thru law but whatever it is in people's brains (or spirits or whatever) that causes it. I'd get rid of money & war. I'd have parents care for children as if their lives depend on it. I'd give people the ability to instantly tell how old anyone is. I'd enable everyone to get any & all the education they want/need. I'd have a machine 2 people can sit in & for 5 to 30 minutes feel exactly what the other feels.
I would cure all illnesses so that no one would ever become sick again. That doesn't mean people won't die or get injured but that they won't get sick any longer.
Infections are different than injuries, they are diseases, so I would prevent them from happening after the injury to help the healing process quicken itself.

I'm afraid that if there is an actual hell, it won't meet my standards. Perhaps institue an allergy to oxygen which causes painful boils.
