Well,i know what you people are gonna say--just look for the maximising option at the bottom right corner of the youtube player.
But that's not the way i meant it.
i was using 98 even a few days ago and while doing that i was able to watch youtube player taking the full screen.
But with XP,I am unable to watch it with that much larger screen coz the skins of the Internet explorer are showing. Also the windows bottom bar is present.
Do i need to change some settings?
please help. :(
I spend a lot of time watching fullscreen videos.
It's a disaster.what good is XP then.

I just noted that it's not just youtube but everytime i try to go fullscreen, that stupid IE skin remains with all those minimise, maximise, close buttons.I don't want that skin when i am viewing something fullscreen.
please help.

DNA100 there is a feature in an opera web-browser that lets you see everything full screen.
1) Download Opera browser (latest)
2) go on youtube (install flash if necessary)
3) use the "glasses" icon on the right side of the opera web-browser. Maximize to any percentage you want. What is good about this is that you can maximize anything! java applets to flash and regular sites.

Some people here suggested me to try firefox .
And i found that with firefox ,i can actually go fullscreen.
so i dont really feel the need to download opera browser anymore.
Is it good?
