Say I download a movie with K-Lite.
It comes in 2 parts.
How do I burn it onto a DVD so that it plays as 2 chapters?
Perhaps with a menu as well that lets u pick which chapter you wish to play.

Why don't you download some more pirated software that will transfer it to a DVD and make a menu for you?

A mpeg encoder but before that you will need to clean it up and redub it with virtualdub.

Tmpegnec is a famous mpeg encoder but it is stingy with it's requirements. If you do use that one then make sure you have a mpeg layer II encoder for audio...or a external Mp3 encoder such as Lame.

Also with virtualdub make sure you don't have a nemo codec pack installed..or try not to atleast.....for some reason certain versions of nemo codec packs make virtualdub crash.
