Wraith, although I wouldn't disagree with you in essence, I think Saint was perhaps asking for something a bit more specific. Obsessive compulsive can be applied to so many things apart from cleanliness, or 'the fear of germs', as I took it to mean. Claustrophobia is correct for fearing an enclosed space, but Saint specified Cave. Vertigo is a condition brought about by heights, not specifically the fear of heights.
