How to change your computer name (Official host name)??

    I used New owner But it just rename User name and company name.

    My own Official host name....is still not changed
    I use Windows XP...

    I know that Official host name will be changed if i format the PC . But I don't want to Format my PC??

    Please, Help me?

    I don't know where it is on XP you could check your PC properties : right click on your "Network" icône, then get on Properties->Identification. You should have your PC name... Else, you can try it with the "My computer" icône.
