he was a cop from the report. so i don't think he'd make prank calls. but he did blame his wife for taking the weed from his car. until he later admitted he took the weed, and mixed it into the brownie mix

simple. take a stick of butter, put it in your frying pan, and melt it down. mix up weed that's already been broken up. then let it simmer with the butter in the pan for a while. it'll turn a funky color, and you run it through basically.. a coffee filter, then mix that into the brownie mix.

Last I heard (Undergrad class on medication and drugs), there was no known LD for THC. Even sucking down joints as fast as possible, having somone else light them for you and hand them to you to keep the stream going won't kill you.

It'll mess you up pretty good, screw with your brain(possibly perminently), and maybe result in lung cancer (I know of two cases of lung cancer wherein the smoker chain-smoked pot *only*, and not tobacco), but it won't kill you.

So basically, the guy was an idiot, then did something studip, then because he didn't know anything about the drug he was taking, he got paranoid and did something more stupid, and then got caught being stupid.

It is 100% illegal in Canada. The ban is simply not enforced in many areas. Even in Vancouver, where it's defacto legal, if you piss off a cop while smoking pot, he can (and once annoyed with you *will*) arrest you.
