It's about five retards acting like they're normal, while the poor people they talk to pretend they're not retarded. I think it's supposed to be touchy-feely, and not exploiting retards for being hilarious. But then, it was produced by the guys who made South Park.
Probably one of those movies where the retards turn out to be more sane and smarter than those they interview. A laughable spin on perception of life...then the movie ends, you go about your buisness and nothing in your world has changed. :m:
