Quantify your daily resource consumption as best you can. For example, just think of the resources you used today.
Today I drove 20 miles to go to work for two hours using about one gallon of gasoline. I have used approximately 200 liters of water. I consumed one large frozen pizza, some chips, and a few sodas. I have no measurement of power consumption, but various lights and appliances have been used throughout the day. I think we have disposed enough unused materials to fill a standard garbage bag, which has a capacity of about 60 liters.

Since my wife and I are both retired, we drive very little - perhaps 25 - 30 miles per week. Everything is cooked and eaten at home and it doesn't really take much at all for just the two of us. Our combined water usage (from our private well) is probably about the same as yours. There's no way to be sure since it isn't measured, of course. Just cooking, bathing and a small amount of laundry once a week.
Our climate is very temperate so it takes little for heating or air conditioning. Garbage is also a small quantity - about 2 bags for a whole week. And much of that is junk mail and newspapers. (No recycling here or else we'd have even less to throw away.)

Car is 1.4 diesel 40 miles a week average, i fill it maybe once every 6 weeks.
Garbage = 1 large kitchen pedal bin per week.
Watter = no idea but minimal.
Power = 20kwh per week aprox. Low wattage bulbs, well lagged cistern, all ways use small oven, use minum water in kettle, halogen heaters (not used
for over a month) one bar = 400 watts.
