How long does it take to trace cell-phone?

Ok so I got an anonymous restricted call, noone said anything...bummer me I had it for 25 seconds. It takes 20 seconds to be traced to location by cellphone, correct? :bugeye:

Most responsible thing you can do if you have a warrant is research reputable bail bondsmen in your area. Go to the police station then and try to work something out. Better to try to work with the cops and fail then to run. You can't keep it up.
