This is what I could find about him:

Ben Glenn

Ben is on the road full-time and year round, getting covered with chalk dust, making you laugh and hoping to encourage you in your walk with God.

Ben also has presentations for public schools, educators and business professionals.

Ben Glenn, known as The Chalkguy, has been a full-time speaker since 1994 and has spoken to literally hundreds of groups of all ages and all over the world. Most recently, Ben has had the honor of being the opening Main Platform speaker at the Million Dollar Round Table Annual Meeting.

Ben Glenn is not the traditional corporate keynoter. He doesn't have a Ph.D. or an MBA, in fact, he is still working on managing his Dyslexia and Attention Deficit Disorder with which he was diagnosed in grade school. Ben won't share the latest statistics on business management practices or give you a new insight into the best way to improve the bottom line - he'll leave that to the experts! What he will do, however, is make you laugh, make you think and lift your spirits with his unique Chalk Media presentation.

The surprising Chalk Media demonstration aside, Ben is loved as a speaker for sharing stories of hardship and victory from the very core of his heart. From school kids to corporate executives, people find it easy to relate to Ben's humor and personal anecdotes as he shares and encourages the listeners to persevere in their pursuit of dreams, goals and personal achievement. In these uncertain times, Ben's presentation is a breath of fresh air that amuses energizes and refreshes.

He's from Indianapolis

edit: Sorry thats the wrong guy

This is the right one!

It does only work at certain angles. Somewhere I saw one of his pictures viewed from the wrong angle, and it's very distorted.

It reminds me in a hokey sort of way of a beautiful illusion I saw in Rome. I was in a church my very first night in Italy that I'd stumbled upon as they performed a gorgeous rendition of Verdi's Requiem. In absolute awe I stood at the back of the long building just entranced by the music. Eventually I looked up above their heads and noticed a large and beautiful dome coming up high above the performers.

Near the end of the performance I walked closer to experience the sound difference. As I stepped only fifteen feet closer it became apparent the dome was only a painting on a relatively flat ceiling. It only increased my awe. From that moment on I was in love with Italy.

Yeah. But the guys they show in the picture are standing in the wrong spot and to them the drawing looks all strange and distorted.

I'd like to see what all those painting look like live while walking around on them. I wonder if they only look like that because of the camera angle.
I like the waterfall one and the batman one.

I think he does it according to a pacific camera angle.

Actually, this one shows how it looks like nonsense unti you rotate the camera to the proper position:
