Who was the first guy who decided to squeeze on the teats of a cow/goat/camel and drink whatever comes out?

This is very confusing to me.

maybe through sex, hey he is called prehistoric man for a reason. Either way we must accept he saw calves sucking on these teats and decided to join the fray.

Animals were hunted for food and humans dealt with them as corpses for tens of thousands of years before they were domesticated and anybody could get close enough to milk one. Obviously nursing females were slaughtered and butchered. Nothing could be wasted so whoever got to figure out what to do with the udder discovered the milk. That can't have been much of a stretch since human females also have milk glands and human hunters had probably observed other animals nursing.

I doubt that the milk of herbivores holds up as one of man's most remarkable discoveries.

Fraggle above is very clear and right. This should not be confusing to you at all. Humans saw their children sucking (squeezing) on their mother's breasts, and milk came out.
