Ok,

I assume that the login information for sciforums is held in a cookie, so to delete cookies from the public computer click on tools(in internet explorer), then on internet options then delete cookies.

I haven't tested this so I can't guarantee it works, try it out.

Yes, a logoff link would be handy, haven't come across a forum with one yet.

Were you logged into sciforums when you done it? Did you have sciforums open in a web page in otherwords.

Sciforums used to have a log off button at the top right corner of the home page. It doesn't appear to be there any more.

So, you're screwed until it's ressolved.

Well, I can't believe I'm saying this Preacher_X but you make a good point. I use a personal computer so it doesn't matter to me but if you're on a public system I could see that being a real problem.

I just noticed the log off link in the bottom right corner. Don't know if it's new or not, didn't see it til just now.

hey dont matter, ill just use my own computer.

i decided to use a library computer as i could research stuff before, but i didnt get much out of the books so i might aswell just do itat home.
