Hey, I would like to know if there are any songs that seem quite relaxing. Like songs that make u think, like if ure in a whirlpool of hope when u close ur eyes and imagine what can happen and stuff that happened in the past.

The council of elrond - enya (from the lord of the rings: fellowship of the ring soundtrack).

This has got to be one of the most beautiful sung, most haunting and most beautiful song in general. It's also sung in the elvish language so don't worry if you don't understand what she is saying. It is very relaxing but i recommend listening to it in the night under a starry sky (yes it sounds cheesy but trust me ).

"Just a phase" - Incubus....just a beautiful beautiful song by one of the greatest bands out there.


The first two minutes of the song is just acoustic with the lead singer humming . Then the words kick in and my my are the lyrics good. Very relaxing but the ends kicks in hard as the song goes into overdrive....it's just a really good song....also "echo" - Incubus another great love song by Incubus.

I'll agree with Sargentlard, that entire album is fucking amazing. Pick it up (Morning View by Incubus) in case you haven't already. This album feels like the soundtrack to my life.

Cocteau Twins seems like the perfect band for you.

Hm, hopeful? I"m not sure. Stabilo Boss is what brought me out of my last depression. I really like that CD. And to just chill I like Audiovent-Dirty Sexy Knights in Paris.
