well as many men that are controlling figure, some may be married to controlling wives or whatever and as a result what control as opposed to controlling, but sub- consciously at least 100% of all men that are the driving force of their relationship IMO

Yeah. There have never been more "out of the closet" gay people on this planet than now, and our population is increasing geometrically. Perhaps this is mother nature's way of saying "WHOA... slow down with the breeding you pesky hominids!"
