    I think a good one might be the displaced specie investigation. Many animals have been introduced into foreign environments and have flourished ....and without natural enemies, they've become horrendously damaging to the new environment.

    It seems to be a subject that the public knows little about ...pick up the Nat'l Geo on the subject, then delve deeper into a particular animal specie. Should be interesting and might get you a good grade.

    Wow, I'm surprised the Good Baron knows, or cares, about noxious species. In fact, I'm a little impressed.

    Just look up Australian history. They've got problems with just about everything that's showed up there–*from rats to elephants.

    Check out NZ history--lots of really dumb intro's of plants/animals which totally f'd everything up.
