Why exactly do you need *any* bin and cue file?

I removed the duplicate post, I shall leave the post for now though, unless everybody thinks allowing such posts to exist will cause more commentless posts asking for things.

Perhaps with the help of you all it could be explained to those future posters if they should ask for files/warez in this forum.
