I can help you with this, POB: Look at the top middle of the screen. It should say 'control panel.' Click on it, then click options (towards the top). The change avatar option should be at the bottom of the page. How would you....describe yourself? Welcome to sciforums!

Nah, you've gotta find them on your own. Search for whatever you want on google and then use gifworks (www.gifworks.com I think) to shrink them. Good luck.
