I have been married for 37 years. My wife is a Tasmanian, aged 59. We’ve had 3 children: ages in 2005-40, 35 and 28. I am 62, a Canadian who moved to Australia in 1971 and have written 3 books--all available on the internet. I retired from part-time teaching in 2004 and full-time teaching in 1999 after 30 years in classrooms. In addition, I have been a member of the Baha’i Faith for 47 years. Wow. This is an example of someone unable to hold a position more than a few months apparently. A definate negative.
If he was showing off it backfired. It simply shows he's unstable and if hired will take off within a year.

You of all people should know that people are different! What is good for one is not necc good for someone else. You may prefer the stability of the SAME job for 20 yrs, but for me this would be hell on Earth. There are probably more who like to do one thing and stick to it, but it's not for everyone.

Unless you know him personally you cannot judge him. If he is happy with his life, who cares what his employers thought when he left. That's their lookout not his.

Meanwhile glancing at that 'list' it looks pretty consistant, mainly teaching posts.
