Hi, I've been reading a little about the Garfinkels ethnomethodology and he appears to have few fans in the year 2001. Do you believe his opinions are relevant or asinine as some suggest?

Secondly: Not too different than the pioneering work Ray Birdwhistle did in the '70's (I believe) at Northwestern regarding the direct connection between verbal language and 'body language' (kinesics).
