Given the penchant for revenge that has been exhibited by these Republican/Spartans, is anyone surprised by Gruppenfuehrer's first action after being elected? Does he establish an independent council to reorganize the energy giants operating in California? Does he call upon the leading economists of the world to postulate on how to dig California out of their financial pit? Does he have his pig heart valve replaced to make sure it will not disintegrate while he is in office? NO! He hires a private investigator to go after the women who accused him of sexual improprieties! Here's the story:

http://www.startribune.com/stories/484/4198655.html

So it seems these women had the right idea in the first place to keep their mouths shut about it. That is, unless this investigation is to be used for nothing more than an episode on Shannon Dougherty's Scare Tactics. You know, the show where at the end they say, "Are you scared?" and then the person says, "Uh, yeah!" and then they say, "Well, you SHOULD be! You're on Scare Tactics!" So maybe these investigators will be doing a version of this show themselves and just stop at "Well, you SHOULD be scared?"

It seems the sheople of California have a lot of 'splaining to do giving the reins of power to a tyrant still possibly suffering the aftereffects of taking way too many steroids. I wonder how they will feel about their hulky man going after these bitches that deserved groping? I mean why else would women be given breasts?

Personally, I think the intimidation of these women and the obvious follow-up prosecution of them for making false allegations is something that will land smack dab on the California voter's consciences - provided they have one left. Perhaps they can collect blood money from them and use it to pay down their debt?

Schwarzenegger made it clear before the recall election that he would cooperate with an investigation of the alleged multiple gropings. I think it's fair that we make him accountable. He said it would happen after the election, and it seems he is honoring his word. Something a little more independent would be nice… AP – November 6, 2003 – Lockyer said he spoke with Schwarzenegger as recently as Wednesday about the charges that surfaced during his gubernatorial campaign that the former actor had behaved boorishly toward women in the past. As the Attorney General, I would expect Lockyer to call the accusations what they are: alleged sexual assault, not boorish behavior. Boorish behavior is tolerated in the world where women are objects. Alleged sexual assault removes the women from being an object to the full status as equal human beings with full protection of the law.

:m: Peace.

puke when you read this (http://www.laweekly.com/ink/03/51/deadline-finke.php)

Spurred by a provocative e-mail sent by Schwarzenegger campaign spokesman Sean Walsh, some local and national television and radio personalities broadcast false information that the woman, Rhonda Miller, had a six-page rap sheet of felony arrests and convictions when the truth was she has never been in trouble with the law. The misinformation that she had a criminal record on file in L.A. Superior Court would not be corrected until after the election........

....Immediately, KFI’s high-profile afternoon drive-time host John Kobylt read on the air what he purported to be “Rhonda Miller’s rap sheet.” He claimed she had convictions for prostitution (1990, 1993, 1997, 1999), forgery (1989), drug possession (1989, 1993, 1998), attempted drug possession (2001) and reckless driving (1987), as well as many other arrests......

.... Miller, a veteran stuntwoman since 1990 who maintains she has enjoyed steady work, reports not a single call to hire her since the news conference and rap-sheet allegation.(Nikki Finke)

Yes, fairness seems to be out the window already. One can see how seriously Lockyer takes the whole thing. I believe Bill Clinton was impeached for having consensual sex and “lying” about it under oath. I suppose in retrospect all he had to do is have a bout of amnesia and say that he really didn’t remember what happened in the Oval Office. This would have sufficed. Or say with steely-eyes and clenched jaw like Poppy Bush when asked about his lady love, Fitzgerald, “It’s none of your damned business!” But this boorish behavior goes even further in terms of understanding the concept of right and wrong. For we are to believe that Gruppenfuerher didn’t know nor understand that reaching underneath a non-consenting woman’s blouse and exposing her breasts for him and the entire movie crew to see was “wrong.” I wonder what epiphany has happened to him that now allows him this realization? Do you suppose it was the voice of God? Or simply the voice of his new political handlers?

I’m afraid from my perspective when someone hires a private investigator to investigate before the official one has even begun, they are already tainting the outcome of an inquiry. They just want to see who’s gonna talk and what story they’re gonna tell.

Folks, it’s all smoke and mirrors.

Yes, spookz, I have just finished retching in the bathroom. While I should be surprised at this, I am not. This Spartan regime stops at nothing. I am reminded of Colin Powell’s cheesy PowerPoint slides showing where the WMD could be found. He even drew JFK into the mix and likened the current dog and pony show to the intelligence information on Cuba that led to the Cuban Missile Crisis. He said that because of this information that we would have pinpoint accuracy and thread the needle. Just bomb where Hussein was because he was our target. Well, it seems Elvis has left the building and we’re still bombing.

I suppose I’m most sickened at the American public for putting up with this nonsense. For not speaking out and allowing this to happen. For actually voting for these dogs of war, although what war Cheney, Rumsfeld, Dubya and Powell were actually in remains a mystery to me. If any one of us were lied about in this manner, we would be having a snitty fit. The same goes if a member of our family was maligned in this way. But we go blissfully unaware on our way when it happens to a fellow human being that we do not personally “know.” Seems we have to “know” someone in the Biblical sense before we feel a sense of outrage.

If the butterfly effect is true, we will soon see the domino effect as concerns our own collective and individual actions. If some people do not get it, I see karma coming their way. It seems instant karma is spinning around even faster these days, and if I do or say something wrong, what used to take years or months to come back to me, now bites me on my ass before I reach the front door. So for those of you who are apathetic or think this sort of behavior is tolerable or even an acceptable part of politics, cover your ass for it may just be bitten!

How about faster than this president can choke on a pretzel? Faster than this president can fall off a segway? Much faster than this president can say, "Subliminal"! One hundred trillion times faster than this president can say, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."......
