Which means that a boycott of Israeli products in response to the war crimes committed in Gaza is has the potential to be very effective, if indeed it is not already a major component of Israel's downturn.

Israel had a recession before that as well. Before 2001 iirc. it was after 9/11 that Israeli techinology became wanted over the world since they had actually tested out their security technology on real people.
