Easy there. I never listen to Rush Limbaugh. I am not conservative by any means, but I don't let my ideology cloud my judgement. I am not sticking up for anyone but you are being totally unfair here. If you want to blame someone for 911, blame Carter. He is the one dismantled most of the CIA. Bush administration did not form our Middle East policy, he just inherited it. He cannot start out a middle east policy from scratch, he can only fix the holes with existing policy.

Bush is only responsible for the long term well beings of the economy but he is absolutely not responsible for the stock market. What allows company to hire more people. Rising GDP or shrinking GDP? There are always people out of work. 6% unemployment means it takes longer to find a job, but there are still jobs available. 6% unemployment is not all that unusual. As I said, Germany have 10% unemployment but they still have 1.5 million jobs unfilled in a country with 80+ million citizens plus immigrants.

Have you heard of Asian Tigers? They have higher economic growth than any countries in the planet in last 50 years. They are the most capitalist countries in the world. THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT: ITS IDENTIFICATION AND ANALYSIS
This is a summary report on those elements of that clandestine organizational network, (which we shall label the Shadow Government), which serves as a kind of "parallel government" to the official elected and appointed government of this country. In the Shadow Government five branches may be identified. These branches are: the Executive Branch, the Intelligence Branch, the War Department, the Weapons Industry Branch, and the Financial Department.

The reporting lines of the Intelligence Branch and the War Department to the Executive Branch are straightforward and obvious. Intelligence exists to provide the Executive Branch with sufficient necessary information to make adequately informed policy decisions. The War Department exists to provide coercive force to carry out Executive policy decisions which could meet with public resistance. The Special Operations units within the Intelligence Branch and War Department exist to carry out policy directives requiring covert action and official deniability.

The Weapons Industry Branch reports to the Executive Branch most often indirectly, through the War Department and/or the Intelligence Branch (for Black Budget weapons systems).

The Financial Department theoretically reports to the Executive Branch for fiscal policy implementation, but de facto also reports directly to the international power brokers who have created the Shadow Government. The Financial Department serves at times directly as their instrument of fiscal policy implementation.

All of these mechanisms of control serve to preserve or advance the agenda of an international group of pivotal power and influence brokers. These power brokers' most visible unifying instrumentality is the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), (which promotes the transition of Earth from a cluster of Nation-States to one global government), [Chairman: Peter G. First, the Shadow Government is a very large, well-organized, skillfully camouflaged, parallel power structure. History suggests that it has served its masters well, and that its predilection for operating out of sight and notoriety, if not in an outright clandestine fashion, is exactly how its masters want it to function -- not drawing attention to itself, manipulating power behind the scenes, and accomplishing by covert operations what cannot lawfully or politically be accomplished out in the open.

What should be the attitude of the informed citizen to the Shadow Government? Since it thrives in the dark, we should shine the light of full disclosure on it. Citizens can demand: the end of the Congressional practice of allowing "Black Budget" items; the end of unpublished secret Executive Orders and National Security Directives; the end of the practice of indefinitely- sustained Presidential Declarations of National Emergency (as is currently in place); the end of Federal Reserve Notes and the return to the gold standard to back the dollar; the end to governmental domestic spying on its own citizens; and extremely severe reduction (on the order of 90%) in the number, staffing and scope of the endlessly proliferating Intelligence agencies, which are an anachronism since the Cold War ended; and an end to CIA and DEA collusion in allowing a continuing stream of drugs to pour into this country. In his September 21, 1992 speech to the United Nations, President George
Bush announced that foreign troops, would occupy America and train for a
New World Order Army. He stated:

"Nations should develop and train military units for possible U.N.
peacekeeping operations. ... If multinational units are to work
together, they must train together. ... Effective multinational action
will also require coordinated command & control and inter-operability of
both equipment and communications."

"...WE MUST CHANGE OUR NATIONAL INSTITUTIONS if we are to change our
international relations. ... THE UNITED STATES IS PREPARING TO MAKE
AVAILABLE OUR BASES AND FACILITIES FOR MULTI-NATION TRAINING AND FIELD
EXERCISES. One such base, with facilities is Fort Dix, N.J."

President Bill Clinton has continued and expanded George Bush's
surrender-America policy. As a result, increasing numbers of foreign
troops, including Russian Spetsnaz, along with vast amounts of foreign
military equipment are now entering the United States to serve as a U.N.
OCCUPATION force.

On May 3, 1994, President Clinton signed an Executive Order Presidential
Decision Directive (originally numbered PPD-13, later changed to PPD-25)
that places U.S. troops under U.N. command and abolished the law
limiting the number of U.S. troops that can be committed to the U.N.
without approval of Congress.

PPD-25 also created special funding for U.N. peacekeeping and occupation

forces, that permits an UNLIMITED drain upon the U.S. Treasury. American

Tax payers will be forced to pay any amount demanded by the U.N.
occupation forces.

The Judas attitude of the Administration is symbolized in an article
written by Bill Clinton's very close friend, Deputy Secretary of State
Strobe Talbott, titled: "The Birth of the Global Nation." Talbott
strongly attacked American national sovereignty, stating: "NATIONAL AS
WE KNOW IT WILL BE OBSOLETE: ALL STATES WILL RECOGNIZE A SINGLE, GLOBAL"
(666) "AUTHORITY," (7\20/92 Time Magazine).

Acting under U.N. occupation orders, U.S. military and national guard
forces are now being trained to attack civilians in this country. In
Alaska, contingents of Russian military OCCUPATION FORCES are reported
to have already landed. State and Federal forces, have begun
house-to-house surveys, looking for gun collectors and checking
attitudes for possible patriotic resistance.

A number of citizens have already been illegally detained. The 10\14\94
WASHINGTON TIMES reported that U.S. Marines in California had to fill
out a "Combat Arms Survey" that asked 39 questions about attitude to
determine if AMERICAN MARINES WERE WILLING TO SERVE THE NEW WORLD ORDER
TRAITORS AND FIGHT AGAINST THEIR OWN FELLOW CITIZENS.

Marines were asked to give their attitudes on the treason statement: "I
am a United Nations fighting person. I serve in the forces which
maintain world peace and EVERY Nation's way of life. I am prepared to
give my life in their service." The last item on the survey asked the
Marines' attitude about the statement: "I WOULD FIRE UPON U.S. CITIZENS,

WHO REFUSED OR RESIST CONFISCATION OF FIREARMS BANNED BY THE U.S.
GOVERNMENT."

As more Russian and United Nations occupation troops enter the United
States, the White House is expecting strong resistance from loyal
Americans. To QUIETLY suppress these patriotic fighters, President
Clinton is getting help from the old Soviet KGB.

Moscow is now supplying Clinton and Attorney General Janet Reno with a
whole new class of weapons, that will be specifically TARGETED AGAINST
AMERICAN CIVILIANS.

The controlled U.S. media has labeled these so-called "NON-LETHAL
WEAPONS." A close inspection of the facts about these new anti-civilian
devices, reveals that they are SOVIET PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS, which are
very dangerous and they can also be extremely lethal. The 3\1\93 issue
of Time Magazine reported: "American and Russians are discovering common

interest...MIND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY. Former KGB General George Kotov has
told American visitors about Russian (KGB) research into 'acoustic
psycho-correction.' The process involves transmitting commands into the
subconscious of targeted victims through static or white-noise bands.

The Jan. 11-17, 1993 issue of DEFENSE NEWS reported that U.S. political
and military officials are obtaining Soviet mind-control technology. The

Soviet KGB "capability, demonstrated in a series of laboratory
experiments dating back to the mid-1970's, could be used to suppress
riots, CONTROL DISSIDENTS, demoralize or disable opposing forces and
enhance the performance of friendly special operations teams, sources

"Pioneered by the government-funded Department of Psycho-Correction at
the Moscow Medical Academy, acoustic psycho-correction involves the
transmission of specific commands via static or white noise bands into
the human subconscious without upsetting other intellectual functions.

Experts said laboratory demonstrations have shown encouraging results
after exposure of less than one minute. Moreover, decades of KGB
research and investment of untold millions of rubles in the process has
produced THE ABILITY TO ALTER BEHAVIOR ON WILLING

One of the KGB's psychotronic systems was being sold for as little as $
80,000. A scientific analysis published by an affiliate of the
Department of
Psycho-Correction at Moscow Medical Academy stated: "...It has become
possible to probe and correct psychic contents of human beings DESPITE

To raise hard currency, and promote the U.N. New World Order, the
Russians have planned a Bilateral Center For Psycho-Technologies where
U.S. and Russians authorities can cooperate.

Janet Morris of the Global Strategy Council, a Washington "think-tank"
tied to the CIA and Federal Government, "is a key U.S. liaison between
Russian and U.S. officials." Morris is a long time close associate of
Col. John B. Alexander, a leading U.S. expert on psychotronics.

ELECTROMAGNETIC TOTALITARIAN CONTROL OVER AMERICA
The 4\94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported that Janet E. Morris and her
husband Christopher C. Morris "have been involved in promoting a
'psycho-correction' technology, developed by a Russian scientist, that
is INTENDED TO INFLUENCE BY MEANS OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES EMBEDDED IN
SOUND OR VISUAL IMAGES." In 1993, "the Morrises organized a meeting in
which the technology was demonstrated for U.S. scientists and officials
by its Russian inventor."

Defense news reported that on Dec. 15, 1992, Janet Morris stated that
she and the Richmond, Virginia-based International Health-line
Corporation "have briefed senior U.S. intelligence and Army officials
about the Russian capabilities, which Morris said could include
hand-held devices for purposes of special operations, crowd control and
anti-personal actions."

Morris reported that this particular weapon creates "BONE-CONDUCTING
SOUND WAVES that cannot be offset by protective gear These devices
appear to work at the Very Low Frequency (VLF) spectrum, the same
frequency range as generated by the sinister U.S. Gwen (Ground Wave
Emergency Network) system of transmitters.

The 7\93 issue of DEFENSE ELECTRONICS discussed the FBI's use of Soviet
KGB psychotronic devices against the Branch Dividians at Waco, Texas.
There is strong evidence that such weapons were used. After the Feds
launched their mass-murdering, flame-throwing attack, some members of
David Koresh's church attempted to flee the burning building, but soon
as they got outside, they suddenly turned around and ran back INTO the

I am new this forum, so far all I have heard is someone taking cheap shots based on wrong facts and without offering any alternatives. Either that or conspiracy theory garbage.

Wrong!! I am very open minded. If Bush is a terrible president, I want to hear it. If Bush is bad I want to vote his ass out of office as much as anyone else, but right now all I heard is mostly garbage without proof.

Wow what a list of accomplishment. He eliminated government waste, banned funding for abortion assistance program, nominated anti-affirmative action candidate...brilliant :D Actually there are a few things that went wrong but not necessarily under his watch. Is there anything on the list that really surprises you?

It has been proven the probability of success during an election campaign is logarithmically proportional to the amount of money spent. Both parties must receives campaign contributions and nobody hand out contributions and expect nothing in return. Republicans have their oil buddies. Democrates have their friends amoung accountants, lawyers, teachers, unions workers, and etc.. It is the same thing. The Democrates took money from the accountant and then killed accounting reform bill which includes the seperation of book keeping and auditing which is designed to prevent an incident like Enron. I blame the Democrates for the collapse of Enron. Both parties must cater for special interests to get elected. THAT IS HOW THE WORLD WORKS. They don't work for common people because common people don't give them money. How much money did you give Gore in his last election? In order to fix this problem first there needs to be a ban on soft money and a limit on hard money. There needs to be a cap for the maximum amount of money spent during an election campaign. Bush has said he will sign campaign finance reform bill.

Also there must be a third party movement in the US. The problem is we have two indepedent parties in last election. Green is too far left and reform is too far right. We need moderate third party. We also need to improve participation of citizens in local level. Right now there is zip. None of these things can be fixed in one day and Bush certainly doesn't deserve the blame.

Environment
During Bush's tenure as Texas governor, he has learned environmental record has very little effect on his approval ratings. Texas is one of the most polluted state in US but his popular rating is high. Who do you blame on this one? I blame the people. Politicians are not stupid. When environment issues become important, it WILL become the top of their priority. Bush's environmental policies are targets for attacks from the political left, but the truth is people don't give a damn. The same people who complain about the environment probably own minivans and SUVs. People don't want conservation in this country. People don't want public transit or light rail. People want cheap gas and big vehicles. THAT IS HOW THE WORLD WORKS.

The arsenic water and Kyoto treaty on the list are both cheap shots. If we can have the same level of arsenic in water during the Clinton administration, we can too under Bush administration. Kyoto is rejected 99-0 in the Senate. Gore would have pulled out of the treaty also. Right now is not a good time to talk about environment. Bush is not going to jeopadize the recovery by meeting a costly environmental standard.

Budget
Our budget during Clinton administration increased at a faster rate than our GDP. When the projected budget increase don't meet the revenue increase, budget deficit occurs. Since Bush inherited Clinton's budget, I blame Clinton for budget deficit. I expect budget cuts and whenever there are cuts there are snivellings associated with the cut.

Economy
1. Bush has nothing to do with recession.
2. Recession is good for the economy.
3. A lot of our individual sectors have experienced recession during Clinton's administration.

If you don't agree with point 1,2,&3, I must question your level of education.

I don't agree with Bush on everything either. I don't agree with his missle defense program. I don't think he should have banned human cloning and stem cell research. I don't think there should be an amnesty on illegal immigrants. That doesn't mean we should impeach him. Since the election is over, we must show support until the next election. Criticism toward Bush is good but cheap shots just make me sick. I have seen very little valid criticisms but mostly cheap shots. Bush has been accused of things which Gore would have done if he was elected president. I am not defending the status quo. There are a lot of things that needs to be fixed in society, but they must be fixed one step at a time. The problems need to be defined and solutions need to be proposed. Moanings with no feasible alternative solutions is not how you go about fixing problems.
