I would like to thank my Teamsters local union 89 for slashing my medical benefits in half!

Today a letter, from my insurance company arrived. Apparently my co-pay just went from $10 to $20. My coverage also got cut in half. As for all of those people who have pension plans; they're screwed. So long early retirement!

You might consider individual insurance. The rates from Anthem Blue Shield ( https://seca.anthem.com/ratequote/app) for Kentucky look pretty good.

Pensions are risky since the money is easily stolen or gambled away on risky investments.
