edit:This may actually be a good analogy...
Kerry is a cicada...he comes out buzzes around and makes noise, creates some excitement, but ultimately disapears and effects nothing.
Bush on the other hand is a locust not doing all that much. just kinda a mild pest, until events(9/11) bring him into proximity with a swarm of other locusts(irrational revenge cravers) at which point they swarm and become a plague upon the land.
