He's not as bad as you think. Blame those who influence him. Because when it comes down to it. He is just a mask worn by daddy. And not only that, it all comes back to the oil thing. You know what?..I bet this is good. As soon as we use up all of our petroleum resources, Mr. big dollar will be forced to find better fuel sources. And the Planet will be alot better off. And if we get thrown into utter chaos. Well..man is a cancer to the planet, what are you gonna do? Nature has a way of purging the impurity...and in this case man. At least man with an ego that is.

G.W.s hands are tied because of our laws, rules and regulations before him. The US government does not know, how to fight terrorists or manage the related information. But....G.W. is still our leader and he is responsible to change the process so we can adapt to the new world.

There has been no changes in policies and procedures to hire top people from industry (over a million laid off) in the fight against terrorism. Our IT industry is dying...that is the industry that can help most. There is practically zero activity by state, federal, or DoD groups to hire these people including data analysts for any projects period. (even though we hear there is too much data, we can not find our As* from a hole in the ground etc...)

So, who should we blame?
