Firstly it's an English movie, so the humour (or humor if you are holding a Roosevelt Dictionary) might be lost to those that are unfamiliar with it. It's not as "in your face" as Monty Python and some of the slang used might have you searching the internet for meaning.

As an Englishman though, I found the film to be entertaining, in fact so much so I'd probably watch it again (It's just going back and borrowing the rental from my flat a week hence, isn't possible [yet?])

Obviously you can guess by the films title that it brings up a number of Theoretical debates, while applying humour to them. Don't take my word for it, watch it yourself (I'd suggest if you are impressed with it, that you rent or purchase a copy even if you watched a downloaded version, after all if you don't show your support of such outputs in the industry, then the industry might just dry up and then we'd be left with watching paint dry on walls)
