The president of the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), an American institute, has announced that [his institute] will launch a campaign [aimed at] monitoring some of the large Western video-sharing websites for expressions of hostility towards Islam, and in particular for what is known as 'Islamophobia.'

It's certainly not as incendiary as would be a handy list of links to Jew-hating videos. Looks like it might just be more hate-porn masquerading as a repudiation of hate: "Hatred is bad- now look at this, and this and this and this and this and..."
