I need information on health department or food safety regulations for an apartment complex clubhouse kitchen offering weekday continental breakfast at no charge & having resident run Pot Luck meals.

Then call your local health department or your state health department to get that information.

Unless you see rats on the floor, why are you so concerned? Do you call the FDA when you eat a brownie that your friend made?

The way I look at it... if the server looks legit and no one is getting sick, the food is fine.

It doesn't matter why I'm so concerned.
The way I look at it, I asked for information & you jumped to assumptions about my motives.

Interesting viewpoint but I need information not opinion.
