    Dear science fans

    I am involved in piloting a project, striving to accelerate research and innovation: Starmind.

    Starmind is a web portal for science and business, rooted at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. On Starmind leading research institutions and professional businesses post their questions/problems and these are solved by selected students and talents worldwide.

    A recent example is provided by the Humanoid Roboter Cronos at the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory in Zurich, Switzerland, which is currently being developed also in cooperation with the Starmind Community. This way scientific knowhow can be tapped from brilliant minds around the globe.

    Whenever a question concerning science can’t be answered or a discussion leads to nowhere, Starmind is the solution.

    Note: This is a commercial enterprise in which people pay to get answers to their questions. As far as I can tell, some money goes to question answerers and some goes to the site owners. The split depends on how the quality of the answer is rated by the person asking the question.
