Yes it's a weird thread, but since I work in a Bakers... I was just wondering what is your fav. bread? Mine is American chesse bread, a 1/4lb worth of cheese... damn.
Uh... Yeah, Man, Yeah... There's a bakery hereabouts called Al Cohen's which makes quite the tasty loaf of Kosher Rye, with plenty of caraway seeds & a nice sour rye flour taste... yum... Pumpernickel, too...
I used to work in a bakery too cleaning the machines, it was really disgusting what i witnessed in there, the machines were always filthy. It was a mass production bread factory so the machines were old and used to drop oil over the newly baked bread. Yes, it was motor oil. Just thought i'd share that.
there´s nothing better than good bread with butter and some salt , or even better with chive ( damn ,can´t somebody install a yummy-smilie Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! ) lot of nice breads (look at the photo gallery )
