Well, yes, I suppose that discussions on this subject have been rife since the 'film' was made available to our friends across the pond, and indeed, around the world.
Still, this 'film' has just made it's debut on open TV in the UK.
I would be gratified to read your appreciations on this piece.
You should note that I am still in the process of analysing the piece, and as such, as yet, while I hold definite ideas on the issues involved, am to the most extent, unable to present a qualified opinion. Of course, in the next thirty hours or so, this will change.
Your thoughts??
So, this is one hour from my initial post. Is the lack of interest I'm seeing apathy, or do US citizens see this as an entirely internal issue?
I am a definite Blairite (Blair is the UK PM) and would like to defend Blair and Bush from the propaganda of the film Farenheit 9/11.
Does nobody have a differing view?

Actually, over here in the US, it isn't played on the telly. No networks will carry it.
Do you think that this is because there has been some sort of federal clamp imposed upon the production, or that all broadcasters have decided that it would be either unwise or unpatriotic to show the item, or simply that the networks have determined the work to be an out of context assemblage of anti-bush propaganda?
BTW, Has the 'Film' been aired at all in the US?
It's because USAmericans needy of autostimulation find pron more rewarding than Euro-types find Moore.
Happy to help.

i think it is a wonderfully done movie, i apreciate how moore puts his ego to this side during this one, which is represented in his combined.. 8 minutes that he himself appears in the movie. i particularly found it interesting when they interviewed the u.s. troops over there, most of them being 18-19 years old, and they were talking about types of music that " pumps them up" for killin people...yikes.. i guess thats what we get when we send KIDS to fight our wars.

pumping up for killing... remember they where rased on killing in games...
they will be better at killing and the mental problems that come along with killing people. They have been desensetized to killing people. So if getting them pumped up before going into a fight make them fight better. and lets them come out of it with less post tramatic stress sindrom then I'm all for it.
Solders kill thats there job.
Solders [sic] kill [sic] thats [sic] there [sic] job.
A Citizen's job should be better represented.
