I haven't been paying much attention lately, but last I heard, we were going to rebuild Falluja and make it into a model city.

Are we making any progress? A quick check and it seems to have disappeared from the news. Any status reports out there?

Pay close attention and you will see that this is a well-used strategy by Bush. He says he will do something great, but it is forgotten. Then Republicans believe he did it.

An alternate form of this strategy is when he makes a claim and later says he didn’t. Like when he linked Iraq with Al Qaeda, but later said he did not. Republicans still believe the original claim.

He’s like a master hypnotist. It works only on Republicans. Falluja will be rubble heap until they rebuild it themselves with their 25 cent per hour wages allowed by the US.
