I don't see why not. Can you make cheese from that?
I would suggest using a different bottle; it is best to store the milk in the amounts consumed by the baby; if the baby consumes about 4 ounces, then store it in aliquots of 4 ounces.
Also although you can keep it at room temp for around 4 hours, it is better to keep it in the refrigerator.

Who gets to suck it out? Or do you milk women like cows and goats? :D

They use breast pumps.

What you should do is when you express in the morning, put it in a different bottle and then put it in the fridge so that it cools down to the same temperature as the milk you expressed last night, before you put it in the bottle from the one you stored last night. You should NEVER put warm breastmilk (as in room temperature from what you have just expressed) into cold breastmilk in the fridge. Always refrigerate it down to the same temperature as the one in the fridge first.
If you wish to give some of your expressed breastmilk to your baby during the night, do not put the heated or warmed leftovers back into the fridge (if you used the stored refrigerated breastmilk in the night).

Ahh, so it is just like milkin' a cow or a goat, huh? Fascinating! As a kid, I used to have to get up before the sun to milk the cows ...geez, it would have been much more fun milkin' girls! :D

Grow up.
Yes women do express their breastmilk and some do so by hand and others with a breastpump. Your mother probably did so too.
