What is a person's motivation to mutilate his/her genitals?

One guy took Datura and I guess they were freaking him out or something.

Money, bragging rights, insanity, lack of information on how to perform a sex change...

There's probably more reasons, but the rewards to it are completely worthless when compared to mutilating one's genitals. The end's do not justify the means, by any means.

I was aware that people who mutilated themselves in various ways, but am astonished to discover that some mutilate their genitals. Wow! Do they use novocaine or some other anesthetic? If not, they must be fiercely masochist.

jesus christ people isn't there enough gross and ghastly stuff going around that you have to talk about genital mutilation?

Are we talking about videos of sex change surgeries done by certified doctors on people who are unhappy with their biological gender? Or are we talking about videos of people doing things to their genitals for shits and giggles?
