Work concerning energetic substances can be conducted and expressed here.
this is not an thread for making bombs.

Research currently is involving DiPhorone Pentaperoxide and the DOV of this substance when undergoing detonation.

BE AWARE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO ATTEMPT THE MANUFACTURE OF THIS SUBSTANCE AT ANY TIME AS IT IS ILLEGAL AND VERY DANGEROUS (DEADLY) UNLESS YOU ARE
a) over the age of 21
b) Understand the risks involved with the manufacture of HE's
c) Understand organic peroxides and their highly sensitive nature
d) Understand safety precautions around HE and energetic substances
e) understand that amounts of DPPP 2 grams and up are a potential lethal explosion hazard.

If you want to see a video of 80g of DPPP detonating please click this link.

I cannot discuss anything about the manufacture process as it is too dangerous.
You may e-mail me at hidekim47@hotmail.com for any aditional info.

Reasearch is going very well, however I still need to test a film canister against of DPPP against a film canister of (T)APAN (Triacetone peroxide with Ammonium nitrate) and see which one punches through 1.2cm of steel plate. This would make it easier to tell the VOD.

BTW, DPPP requires a lot of patience when it is being produced. Here is some pictures of the manufacture process

This is just a small warning Hideki. There was a reason the thread "Pyrotechnics and Explosives" was closed. These forums are not for discussing the production of substances and/or materials that can be used as weapons. Again, this is just a forewarning. Dont take this offensively.

IF you had a problem with the pyrotechics and explosives forum why did you let the forum continue for so long?
