What do you guys think of Edwards as VP?

I'm just glad it wasn't Hilary. But hey, it could be worse, she could be President rather than mere vice-. *shudders*

With Edwards it is now at least somewhat feasible to take some states in the south, if Kerry can maintain all the states Gore had in 2000 plus North Carolina (which is where Edwards is from) he could win the election. Although VP’s don’t seem to change the fate of the election in normal circumstances, America today is not living in “normal circumstances”. The latest poll puts Kerry at 49% and Bush at 45% that is now outside the margin of error of 3.5% (source CNN). Edwards is everything Kerry is not and that should attract those who had questions about Kerry.

It's a great choice. I doubt Hilary was ever in the running. I would like to see her be president, though, maybe 2008. This one is too important for such a controversial canidate.
