my husband who uses e bay a lot! :mad: say's what you need to do is contact the seller and say that the item you bought is counterfeit and suggest that he/she gives you a full refund, and if they refuse you need to conact e bay and report the user, and seek they're advice but always make sure that you keep the messages you get from the seller and send them to e bay, because they will say that you need to talk with the seller first.

regarding sending the item back, he said that you should never send an item back without first getting payment for it, and also make sure that he pays the postage to send it abck, because it is illegal to advertise somthing falsley!!

I do not use either of these things. I would likely join ebay if I could acquire a female off there which would be nice / cuddle with me / goto movies / let me hug & hold her. Ebay cannot sell such things though so I am not a member :p

no it doesnt, they say that the seller should list the item properly and honestly, they are refund, or chase for a refund if, the item is not what was advertised, faulty, someone bid on an x - box, box, the packageing of an x box console adn they bid £70 for it, untill someone pointed out that it was in fact just the box and not the machine!

You take a huge chance in sending the guitar back to a crook.

You should also notify Ebay about the false advertising.

No, it plays like crap, the neck feels like a baseball bat, is too narrow and the frets are too clustered (Although I might just be used to jumbo frets) and the pickups suck.

It just feels like a cheap guitar. I bought another guitar for £70 ($140) and
that feels twice as good to play.
