A long time ago i saw what i would describe as a physical duplicate of myself, no i wasnt looking into a mirror:p . Same height, same appearance...mirror image.
This event was shocking and i left in a hurry, it was too weird.
So i ask do you think it possible to be an exact replica of yourself somewhere in the world?

There is a person who did a series of photographs based on this phenomenon. Do I think there are, likely, people who look very much like me? Yes. Do I think there is a person, walking around in the world, who could be considered my genetic twin? No.

Well, I have heard it said that everyone on Earth has a twin. It's bullshit (http://www.getlippy.com/celebville/caughtoncamera/separatedatbirth/) of course.

Apparently sandy has a twin. And amazingly it is a celebrity. What are the odds on that?
okay not to stray too far off topic but i've always wondered what would happen if 2 sets of identical twins, 2 male, 2 female, each had a baby.
i would think they would look almost identical. i don't know, so maybe it is possible for everyone to have a "twin"

Actually there can be fundamental differances, as i am basing this on appearance only. As a matter of fact they could have been produced on differant continents.
So again we are interested in carbon copies of another human. Based on facial features and overall frame dimensions but eye color can vary.

Thanks for nothing:rolleyes: You know it's bullshit?

It would probably be the same as two people having 2 kids together.

Probably not due to recombination events.
Exactly. No different to one couple having two kids.
I don't see it... especially if they child was the same gender.. they'd have to look more than brothers than cousins should especially
